Preachers is a unique bar and restaurant which specialises in craft beers, boutique wines and spirits. It is located at a heritage listed Battery Point Cottage and also includes a large outdoor beer garden.

In the garden they have a stationary full size school bus which has tables and chairs installed where you can enjoy a drink or two.

There are around 16 different beers available on tap which are some of the top beers rivalling local breweries.

Irish Murphy’s

Irish Murphy's is a classic Irish themed pub which offers a range of craft beer, cider, and some great food. The restaurant cooks delicious traditional Irish dishes along with cheese boards and they offer a takeaway options too.

They have 14 taps available with local brewed beers with include Moo Brew, Van Diemen, Pure Blonde, Seven Shreds, Kilkenny, James Squire, Cascade, Morrison’s and Willie Smith’s Organic Apple CIder.

All the wine on the menu is Tasmanian with some great sparklings, white wines and pinot noir which are all local too.

Rockwall Bar and Grill

The Rockwall Bar and Grill is managed by Garry Baker and Susan Catchpool since 2008 and is located at Salamanca Place.

The Bar and Grill offers sophisticated/casual dining within a nature-inspired environment.

The cuisine is said to incorporate Tasmania’s four seasons in one day. Oysters fresh from the waters off Bruny Island, Tasmanian salmon with crispy skin or pork loin rack, glazed with plum and tamarind on mash.

Rockwall also offers an large wine list which can also compliment the dishes with the wine which is available.
