Overall I have loved the service we received. The quote came through incredibly fast, and you were amazing to talk to throughout the whole process. I was worried as we hadn't used your company before but the way you talked me through everything really put me at ease and put my trust in Coach Hire. On the day of the trip, I was very happy. The bus arrived in a timely manner, it was new and clean and everyone was impressed with the quality. George was great as our driver. He was happy for us to change the time of pick up and very accommodating all around.
