I booked online for a wine tour for around 20 people in Canberra and it was a really easy, flexible process. I had to make a couple of changes along the way (number of passengers, winery locations) and was able to do this with ease. The bus itself was comfortable and clean, and there was an on-board bathroom! Our driver was friendly.
