My communication to arrange our coach hire was with Richard via phone conversation. Richard’s reply to my online enquiry was very prompt and he was courteous and friendly throughout. It was extremely pleasant to deal with him when making the arrangements.

Our driver was Guy. He was very friendly  and displayed good people skills. His announcements were clear and he was happy chatting to me while we were loading/unloading. He was patient, friendly and drove well. Can’t ask too much more. The coach itself was very presentable and clean.
