From our first contact with you, it was a breeze! Communication was always on point and the reassurance of pick up and drop-offs were looked over numerous times to ensure all was correct. The payment was made with no issues at all. 2 days before the pick-ups, I got a call from Lin the driver who was to be our point of contact on the day. The day arrived, Lin and the other drivers arrived on time, and again Lin was making sure everything was ok and we had an understanding of the route. Lin was AMAZING! Friendly, kind, accomodating and very professional. Everything went to plan and those that were on the bus could not get over how down to earth the drivers were and even allowing the passengers to connect to the Bluetooth to play their own music! I believe on the other bus they had karaoke!!! Overall an amazing experience from start to finish and will definitely use them again for our other Events. Thank you guys for the awesome experience!
