What an exceptional day we had on our winery tour! From the very start, booking with Stuart Gerrard was a breeze—informative and friendly service that set the tone for the day. The coach was comfortable and spotless, and our driver was not only punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, adding so much to our experience. Excellent value for money, too; every aspect of the trip was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a stress-free and delightful outing!
My recent winery tour was largely delightful, thanks to the seamless booking process handled by Keith Vincent. Everything was set up with ease, and our coach was comfortable and clean.
Recently experienced a coach service for a winery tour that was almost impeccable. The booking process, overseen by Neil Dempsey, was smooth and easy, ensuring our day started without a hitch. The coach itself presented great value for money – comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Our overall experience was delightful; however, communication with our friendly driver was a bit challenging due to the language barrier, and reliance on a non-English GPS added some unexpected turns to our journey. Despite this, the tour was memorable and mostly seamless. Would recommend, with a small note to iron out navigation details beforehand!
Firstly, we had a wonderful day and the communications are so great with your admin team so thank you for that. Secondly, our driver Abel was over 20 mins late for pick up. Which didn\\'t bother us initially at all. But then throughout the day his driving became more and more reckless. We have had people off work this week because he turned so quickly down a sandy path with a huge pit hole and the pax on the back of the bus went flying into the aisle. People had bruised hips and bumps on their head. Then on the way back from Mornington to Melbourne we watched ourselves speeding into the back of a small car in front. Abel had to swerve into the next lane in which we were very lucky there were no other cars. I would be reluctant to trust the driver again, but the rest of the experience was very pleasant.
Have a relaxed high-quality fun day of wine tasting at our specially selected wineries and enjoy a two-course vineyard lunch.
