Supply Partner Manager
CoachHire - Australia's fastest growing technology led transport management company is searching for a new dynamic team member to work with our Bus and Coach suppliers across Australia.
Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, working from home or office - You will be calling and visiting coach operators nationwide. This role will involve building and developing relationships and helping supply partners conform to our terms and conditions as well as negotiating best prices and payment terms etc
Regular calls to our network to establish rapport
Collection of required documentation
Training our partners on our IT systems
Working with our tenders team to find the best supply partners for each project
Handle customer service issues relating to supply partner performance
Good team player
Planning skills Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to use spreadsheets, docs and other IT programmes
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
We are looking for an applicant with at least 5 years of working experience hopefully in a similar role or one with transferable skills.
