Schools / Universities Gold Coast – Bond University
As the name suggests, Bond University was developed by Bond Corporation along with several of Allan Bond’s Japanese business associates. It’s one of three private universities in Australia; the others are Torrens University in Adelaide and The University of Notre Dame in Perth.
The university is located in Robina on the Gold Coast on the site of a former pine plantation. It has 4 faculties that cover degrees in Business, Law, Health Sciences and Medicine, and Society and Design. Bond is also involved in research work.

The Gold Coast campus of Shafston International College is located at Southport. Shafston is a private college for international students offering certificate and diploma courses in vocational courses like Business, Leadership, Management and Early Childhood Care.
